It is an OSHA requirement to train anyone who operates a powered industrial tuck. \u00a0This requirement applies whether they operate the truck daily or once a year, regardless of the amount of their experience. \u00a0All forklift operators must be evaluated for competency every three years. \u00a0It is a violation of federal law for anyone to operate a forklift who is not properly trained and certified. \u00a0Operator training is required if:<\/p>\n
