MAINTENANCE OF TRAFFIC COURSES<\/p><\/h1><\/div>
INTERMEDIATE LEVEL TRAINING<\/span><\/p><\/h6><\/div> In collaboration with The Florida Association of Safety Councils the Safety Council of Palm Beach County presents:F.D.O.T. Maintenance of Traffic<\/strong> Effective January 1, 2002, all personnel involved in the following must have this training. This includes municipal workers, contractors, and utility workers who have:<\/p>\n Direct responsibility for placement of work zone traffic control devices. The Safety Council of Palm Beach County is proud to present this training. Participants will gain knowledge and understanding of the equipment, techniques and procedures necessary to safely and correctly set up and maintain traffic. It will also upgrade their performance for legal aspects and safety practice for establishing work zones on state and federal highways. Visual and hands on techniques will be used to enhance employee performance.<\/p>\n $195.00 for Members \/ $225.00 for Non-Members. Class size is limited!<\/p>\n

\nDirect responsibility for field maintenance of work zone traffic devices.
\nInspection of the placement or operational function of work zone traffic control devices
\nDrafting or electronic generation of work zone traffic control plans.<\/p>\n
